All ads must be camera ready in grayscale or black and white.

Ads may be submitted as hardcopy or emailed () as a file attachment (.doc, .jpg, .gif, or .psd)

Ads cannot encourage destruction of book (ex. cut-out coupons).

All ads must be received by the 1st day of the month prior to the issue's release date. For example, the ad deadline for the December issue is November 1st.

Inserts/CDs must be received by the 25th day of the month prior to the issue's release date. For example, the insert/CD deadline for the December issue is November 25th.

October Anniversary issues have more pages and larger print runs. Anniversary issue rates are 20% more than normal ad/insert prices.
